Shipping & Handling

When will my order be shipped?

  • Orders placed MON – SAT before 09:00 AM: Your order will be shipped out the same day. 
  • Orders placed after 09:00 AM, on Sundays, or Holidays: Your order will be shipped out the next business day.

How can I track my order? 

You will receive confirmation and shipping update emails when your order status changes. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number with one of our shipping couriers. You can also go to My Account > Orders and track your orders there. 

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

If you need to change the shipping address of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet shipped your order, we will update your shipping address as requested. However, if your order has already been shipped, it is up to the shipping courier to change your delivery address.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are delivered by either LBC Express or J&T Express. Most orders to Greater NCR and other major cities are delivered the next business day after we ship them out. Most orders to provincial areas will be delivered in 1-2 business days after we ship them. On rare occassions, some orders may take up to 5 business days to be delivered.

How can I change or cancel an order?

If you need to change any details to your order and your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us. After your product has shipped, we will be unable to make any changes. 

The following changes cannot be made after your order has been confirmed: 

  • Payment Methods 
  • Coupons/Vouchers/Credits 
  • Item/Product Choice 

What do the different order statuses mean? 

  • Pending Payment / On-Hold: We have received your order, however we are awaiting confirmation of your payment. If you chose to pay via Credit/Debit/PayPal, this status should change to “Processing” within 1 hour. If you chose Bank Transfer
  • Processing: We are processing your order and we will ship out your product soon. 
  • Completed: We have shipped out your order. 
Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy? 

Your order is eligible for returns/exchanges when the following conditions are met:

  • 14 days since your order was delivered
  • Original condition and tags intact
  • Original packaging

If the conditions above are met, we may refund you for less than the full order total, or we may offer to exchange/replace your product.

How can I return/exchange my item? 

  1. Fill out the online return/exchange form
  2. Pack and ship your item(s). Ensure you include your order number and invoice (if available).
  3. Look out for email notifications. We will send you updates via your email on file.

How long does it take to return/exchange my item?

It usually takes 5-7 business days for items to reach our warehouse and go through our Quality Check team. You will receive your refund within 2 business days after your item has passed Quality Check.

How will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund depending on the method you paid:

  • Paypal/Debit/Credit: You will receive a refund via the payment method you used to pay
  • Bank Transfer: We will transfer the refund directly into your bank account.
  • Cash on Delivery: By default you will receive eBarkadahan Store Credit. You can request to receive your refund through remittance instead.
